How to Send Us the BioniX System Report

Three clicks and a paste, and we see your setup the way BioniX sees it.

What Is the System Report?

A short text that BioniX writes about your monitors and its own settings. When something does not look right on your screen, this text usually tells us why much faster than a long exchange of emails. Nothing is sent automatically: BioniX copies the text, and you decide what goes into your email.

How to Copy It

  1. In the BioniX main menu, choose Info → System details. A window opens on the System page, and BioniX writes the report into it right away.
  2. Press Copy all. This copies the report plus your BioniX settings file to the clipboard.
  3. Open your email to us and paste with Ctrl+V.
