License agreement
- By purchasing our product you acknowledge that it is suitable for your needs and you agree with its functionality status.
- This program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness
for a particular purpose.
- If something is not functioning properly you must report it and we will fix it in the shorted period possible.
- By using our software in illegal ways (hacking, reverse engineering…) or sharing related information will instantly break this agreement and we will legally pursue you.
- Additional terms may apply to this agreement if an additional License Agreement document is provided with the product.
Privacy
statement
- We guarantee that there is no spyware in BioniX Desktop Wallpaper (neither Lite of Extreme version).
- We do not secretly collect personal data about you.
- By sending us an email, you agree to allow us to store your email address in our address book. This applies IF AND ONLY IF you contact us first (we do not collect email addresses in other
ways).
- We guarantee not to sell or share customer's personal data with any 3rd parties.
Sale conditions
- You can test our product before you purchase it.
- By initiating an invalid refund you break this Agreement and you are not considered our customer anymore. This implies that we don't offer anymore guaranties about your private data
(email, address, including payment details...) and we won't offer future support and updates.
- Unless otherwise specified, by purchasing our product you do not purchase life-time access to updates or upgrades. Though, as courtesy we do offer free access to updates to our customers.
Support
- Fast support is guaranteed only to customers for a period of 3 months from the purchase date.
- Support is offered only via our dedicated board. Any support requests via email may be deleted without reply.
- Support is accorded only if you follow forum's rules.
Refunds
- Reread and analyze the first amendment of our License Agreement. It states that when you have placed the order you agree that you have tested the product and it satisfies your needs.
Therefore, under no circumstances you have reasons to ask a refund after purchase.
- If you insists in getting a refund you need to obtain the permission to place a refund request first. This ensure that your request is founded on
solid arguments.
- Permissions for refund requests are accorded only if specify a solid reason and after your request have been analyzed by our staff.
- Statements as "I don't know how
to operate the product"
are instantly rejected because you have to read the manual and ask for support before declaring there is a problem in software.
- Statements as "the product does not function as advertised" are instantly rejected because you had a fair chance to trial the product before purchase.
- You have a period of 14 days from purchase date to obtain your refund request approval. After this period it means that you have used the product long enough to accept it as it is
and it cannot be returned anymore (no matter if you purchased the electronic download or the CD).
- We reserve the right to lock your computer (you will not be able to login into your Windows user account) if you still run our software after receiving
a refund. We will not offer any free assistance from this point as you are not our customer anymore. To prevent this, please uninstall the software BEFORE receiving the refund!
- There is no warranty that you will get a refund even if you bring solid arguments because you have accepted the first amendment of our license Agreement.
Placing a refund request
- Please post
a detailed description of the problem on our dedicated web site. Our staff will try to reproduce the problem in our systems. Be prepared to offer all the details they ask for. If the
problem is reproducible, we will try to fix it in the next five working days.
- If the problem cannot be solved, a staff member will give you the permission to submit a refund request.
Without this permission your request will be instantly rejected.
