A skewed Pixel Ruler

An easy to use screen ruler. You can measure de distance (in pixels) between to points or the length of a graphic item (window, button, etc) on the computer screen. Freeware 0.2MB

I'm searching of a pixel ruler (or screen ruler) with the function to flip it skew.
Maybe someone can tell me where to find that.

You mean that you want to measure the distance from right to left?

I mean, that you can for example rotate the ruler....
