The "resampler" may not ring a bell for some users, but believe us, when you are working with images, this is the first thing you should look after! A resampler is a special algorithm used to resize and image/wallpaper. Resizing an image without using a high quality resampler will ruin the resulted image. Although all wallpaper changers on the market resize the wallpapers all the time to fit your desktop, absolutely none of them use a decent resampler. Even more! BioniX Desktop Wallpaper offers you resampler (like B-Spline) that not even Photoshop or other professional image processing tools offer.
In BioniX Desktop Wallpaper Manager, you can set the interval at which your desktop wallpaper will be changed. You can chose any interval between one second and 60 hours.

Double click a playlist file in Windows Explorer and BioniX Desktop Wallpaper Manager will automatically start to "play" the wallpapers in that playlist.
BioniX Desktop Wallpaper Manager can minimize itself to the system tray, keeping this way your taskbar uncluttered. You can quickly access its main functions also by clicking this system tray icon, like in the screenshot below:
Enjoy your desktop (desktop tools) In order to let you enjoy your desktop wallpaper, BioniX can hide the icons on your desktop, can minimize for you all open windows with a single click and it can even hide itself leaving on the screen only the tinny Remote Control window. We also offer you a handy "Boss" button.
BioniX Desktop Wallpaper has, in addition to the well known tile / stretch / center functions, two new functions:
All images from the playlist can be displayed in "shuffle" (random) or "continuously" mode. BioniX Desktop Wallpaper will silently skip all invalid files (images that don't exist any more in your computer).
The playlist navigation system permits you to go back and next through the images in your playlist.
You can drag multiple pictures or folders from your file manager (Windows Explorer) in Bionix. BioniX Desktop Wallpaper will automatically search and extract all images from the dragged folders and insert them into the current playlist.
BioniX Desktop Wallpaper Manager is skinable. You can download new skins, or you can create your own skins.
"Active Desktop" auto-detection For Windows 98 users BioniX Desktop Wallpaper can automatically switch off the Active Desktop. This is recommended because Active Desktop is a very hungry memory feature of Windows.
