Intuitive graphic user interface
Even if BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer is the most complex wallpaper manager around, we kept the main interface simple and uncluttered. Only the strictly necessary buttons were left on the main interface: the Previous/Next Wallpaper, Panic, Minimize All, Shuffle and the countdown controls.
If this is too much for you to digest, you can switch to the Minimalistic Interface which was even more simplified.
Making you king over your desktop!
You have a beautiful wallpaper on your desktop and you want to admire it in all its glory? Well, without BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer this is hardly possible. You wallpaper is probably hidden behind the open windows, the icons and the taskbar. BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer can temporary hide your icons, your taskbar and minimize all applications to expose your wallpaper.
Monolithic, compact, portable
Don't you hate mammoth programs that install literally hundreds of MB of crapware in your system? They takes ages to install and when installed they make your computer crawl like a lizard in the snow. Our software is monolithic and portable. You can move the program around in your computer without reinstalling it. You can put it on a USB stick and take it with you. You can send it via email. To uninstall it, just delete it!
Huge program/microscopic package. No installation required
As it doesn't need to install stuff into your Windows system/registry. However, we deliver it with a 'fake' installer only for convenience. The program itself is only 3MB but few demo wallpapers are 'bundled' with the program.
Hundreds of features in such a small package and no stuff installed in your system? That's impressive! Right?
BioniX, the navigator
Two handy buttons allows you to navigate to the next/previous wallpaper. You have a global (system-wide) shortcut for these function, so, if a wallpaper that you don't like accidentally lands on your desktop you can advance to the next/previous wallpaper without opening BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer.
BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer can play a user defined sound file every time it changes the wallpaper so you will know that a fresh wallpaper awaits on your desktop.
Ingenious time control

Of course, you can customize the 'Panic' image.
Auto rotate your wallpapers
Lights and shadows
The program allows miscellaneous saturation (oversaturated, normal saturation, gray scale, negative colors), brightness and contrast adjustments
Smart wallpaper resizing functions
If your images/wallpapers are smaller than your monitor, BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer can automatically enlarge them to fit your desktop:
Flip it
Usually the artists are 'concentrating' the image on the left hand of your screen. Unfortunately, desktop icons are also cluttered on the right side of the screen, hiding the best parts of your image. Therefore, we also added a button to quickly flip the background wallpaper.
Smart background color
You wallpaper is smaller than your desktop and ugly borders appears around it? Most programs will stretch the wallpaper to fill the desktop but at what cost? The wallpaper looks poor.
Using revolutionary algorithms, BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer takes it to the next level. BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer can analyze the image and try to determine desktop's background color in order to blend the image into that color seamless. If the image doesn't have a predominant color the program can fade wallpaper's borders to black using a smart fade effect.

With BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer even low resolution/ tiny images can be used as wallpapers. Even on huge screens.
Smart algorithms tells BioniX Background Wallpaper Changer when it is necessary to tile an image or to mirror it (both horizontal and vertical mirror effects are supported).

You can also see the countdown in the icon. The program can be minimized to system tray or closed to system tray. There is also a handy pop-up menu if you click the system tray icon.

Even your dog will understand how to use BioniX
Nobody likes to read the manual, therefore, the graphic interface are peppered with tooltips. Just hover your mouse cursor over ANY item on the interface and a tooltip will pop-up to explain what that control does and how to use it. It cannot be simpler than this. Right?

The word "resampler" may not ring a bell for some users, but believe us, when you are working with images this is the first thing you should look after!
